Taskbar and desktop icons have disapeared
I converted a group of users to standard user accounts and all of them lost the ability to launch Attachmate Extra from the desktop icon. Both the Extra and BeyondCompare icons are located on the All Users desktop. There are other icons on the All Users desktop that appear to have been unaffected,

One Way Samba-Solved
When I log off one windows user and sign in on another user AND then go back to the first user the desktop icons all align to the left. When I continue signing in/out and checking each user desktop they are both changed by all aligning to the left even after I align them where I want them to be on the desktop.
